Sugar-Oat Scrub
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup almond oil/olive oil
- 2 tbspn oatmeal
- 1 tspn nutmeg

- 1 tbspn baking soda
- 2 tbspn gram flour
Sweet-Citrus Scrub
- 2 tbsp white sugar
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tbsp mango pulp/grape juice
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
Citrus -Grain scrub
- Dried lemon skin
- Dried orange skin
- Gram flour
- Dry almond
Almond-Oatmeal Scrub
- 2/3 cup almonds
- 1 tbspn oatmeal
- plain yoghurt
Coffee Body Scrub
- 1 cup coffee
- 1 tbspn olive oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
Basil-Sandalwood Scrub
- 2 tbspn oat flour
- 1 tbspn sandalwood powder

- 1 tbspn basil leaves
Rice Flour- Aloe vera Scrub
- 1 tbspn rice flour

Over scrubbing is also not advisable as it stresses the skin so sensitive skins should avoid scrubbing too much and normal skin should be scrubbed not more than four times a month.Scrubbing clears the dead skin cell ,dirt which clogs the pores but after scrubbing skin becomes sensitive to sun exposure.So either scrub at night or apply sunscreen after application of scrub.
