Like skin hair also shows what you eat.Your work environment effects can be minimized by a good and healthy diet.Always take a healthy diet to see your skin and hair take compliments.Healthy diet is:
  • Drink 8-10 glasses of water.Water not only hydrates your body and skin but also brings shine to your hair .Water requirement can also be compensated by eating fruits,salads.

  • Protiens should be an essential diet for your skin.It will prevent hair from breaking and will make them strong.

  • Cheese,fish,milk,cereals are required.

  • Vitamins are essential for skin as the make them strong and give colour to them.Vit A makes hair stronh and Vit B and C brings colour to them.

  • Have green vegetables,pulses,carrots,pumpkin,amla,spinach,citrus fruits,strawberries,tomatoes.Daily dose -60 mg.

  • Fish consumed makes hair strong.If one is vegetarian code liver oil tablets can be taken.

  • Add curd to your diet .It will check your hair problems.

  • Eat whole-grains instead for maida.

  • Vit B complex capsules eaten a day helps from hair-falling.

  • Take 5-10 soaked almonds daily.

  • Cut on intake of aerated drinks,fried food ,over-cooked food ,smoking and drinking.

  • Brewer's yeast,egg yolk's,rice and milk keeps hair follices healthy.

  • Iodine should be added in the form of iodized salt.Lack of iodine makes hair grey.
