Freckles /Sun spots/Age spots

Freckles or Sun spots

As they say, girls can kill to get flawless skin that actresses and models have. Well, there is no need to kill anybody when home remedies can do the trick for you.  If you’ve had too much sun exposure then you can most likely blame that for those dark spots, known as hyperpigmentation. But here’s the thing, it’s not just external factors that cause those frustrating dark spots on your face and body.  Aging,  pregnancy, prescription medication and hormonal imbalances are some of the other culprits.

Freckles/Brown spots are tan or light brown spots on your skin. They’re made of clusters of skin cells that contain the pigment melanin. Unlike moles, which are raised, freckles are flat. Freckles aren’t painful or harmful.
No one is born with freckles, even though they may be genetic. They’re triggered by sun exposure.
On exposure to ultraviolet radiation from both natural and tanning lights, the melanocytes increase the production of melanin, and the skin tends to get darker and tanned. This production and deposition happen to provide further protection against the sun rays.
Sunscreen won’t get rid of existing freckles, but it helps prevent new ones. You should wear sunscreen year-round, even when it’s cloudy.
The dermatologists offers these tips:
Sunscreen should have an SPF of 30 or higher.
Apply sunscreen to bare skin at least 15 minutes before going outdoors.
Reapply sunscreen every two hours, and immediately after swimming or excessive sweating.

Makeup has chemicals which cause roots to clog and suffocate.

Drinking water removes toxins and enhances natural hair growth .It regenerates new healthy cells and make inside of body healthy .

Avoid over plucking

It will lead to tension in the follicles and they get disturbed as it is painful and brain sends signals to the body  as a trauma.

CLAY MASKS FOR BLEMISHES

Clay Masks for Blemishes

For all clay masks use wooden utensils ,spatula and avoid metal containers to keep clay's properties effective.
There are three phases of a clay mask. First is the damp phase where your skin sucks in the beneficial minerals from the outside. Second is beginning of the dry phase, which exercises your capillaries and promotes blood flow as the mask cools and contracts. Third is the dry phase, which sucks out moisture from the surface of your skin, leading to dehydration and irritation. Not only does skin then feel dry, tight, and sometimes itchy, but when you offset it by slathering on extra face cream, you’re just smothering your freshly cleansed skin.

Bentonite clay mask
  • 1 Tbsp bentonite clay
  • 2 Tbsp oats
  • yogurt
  • 3-4 drops of tea tree oil
Mix all the ingredients and apply on the skin. Add in water if the mixture is dry.Do not use metal utensil to mix bentonite clay.Apply the mixture on the skin and wash it with milk or warm water. It is antiseptic and cleans skin and pores.Oats can be replaced by baking soda and apple cider vinegar can also be added.

Fullers earth clay mask
